At House of Darwish, every fragrance is crafted with precision, care, and the highest quality standards. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we have outlined our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our brand.

We kindly request you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Perfumes are personal-use products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.

This includes:

  • Opened seals

  • Used or sprayed bottles

  • Tampered packaging


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any replacement or refund request related to damage, defect, or wrong product, a clear, continuous unboxing video (360°) is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the outer packaging

  • Clearly show the product, bottle, and packaging

  • Be unedited and uninterrupted

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Refund & Replacement Process

For Approved Cases

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement will be processed (subject to availability), or

  • A refund will be initiated if replacement is not possible

Verification and resolution typically take 2–4 working days.


Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout


Damaged Package at Delivery

If your parcel appears:

  • Opened

  • Leaking

  • Severely damaged

Please do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package and contact our support team immediately for assistance.


Non-Delivery or Missing Orders

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery update

  • Claims raised after this window may not be eligible

Our internal team will investigate and share a resolution within 3–4 working days.


Product Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our perfumes are formulated using high-quality fragrance ingredients. However:

  • Individual skin reactions may vary

  • House of Darwish is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before regular use.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded


Shipping Charges

  • We currently offer free shipping across India

  • Shipping charges (if any, in future promotions) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched
